WAITING LIST
Before you join the list, please READ THE INFO BELOW carefully, as failure to do so may make your registration useless or make you lose your place.
What you are about to do IS NOT A RESERVATION. We do not accept or respect any request for a specific time of entry.
The aim is that you wait less and that you can sign up while you make the transfer to our place to make your visit more agile and comfortable. There is no point in signing up too far in advance, because if your turn comes, you only have 10 minutes to get to the door. So check the list and calculate your time correctly.
The waiting list only works if the place is packed. If you sign up for an empty list you will have to show up at the door in 10 minutes. If you are not present when your turn arrives, we will move on to the next person and remove you from the list for better control, and for the people who come to have a realistic portrait of the time to wait.
When you sign up you will receive an SMS with the confirmation, and the links to review the list and modify or cancel. If you decide not to come, we ask you to cancel. If you do not cancel and do not arrive, your number will be registered and you will not be able to sign up for the remote list again.
The limit of people per table is 6 at El Pachuco and 16 at La Pachuca.
Please note that out of respect for those who are waiting, we only assign seats in the restaurant to people who are present. This means that if you sign up for 5 people and only 1 person arrives, that person can come in alone but will not be assigned a table for 5. If out of a group of 10, 6 people arrive, only 6 will be assigned a table, and if the others arrive late, they will have to wait until the capacity of the place allows them to come in.
There are people waiting to get through and this is aimed at making the service more efficient for everyone.
Remember, if the system does not allow you to register, it is because at the moment there is NO WAITING LIST: access is immediate since you are the first in line.
